Backend Developer

Job Description
Programming backend systems;
Reading and understanding business analysis documents, coordinating with the business analysis team to participate in the consulting process, selecting solutions, and designing technical solutions.
Participating in internal research activities to improve technological capacity, develop new products to serve future markets/projects;
Working and developing products according to Agile/Scrum.
Candidate requirements
Graduated from a regular university or higher, majoring in IT (concentrated study with a minimum GPA of 6.5 or higher) from TOP 40 schools (VNUR). Priority is given to graduates from universities under VNU HN, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi University of Education, VNU HCM (HCM University of Science and Technology, HCM University of Natural Sciences), and HCM University of Education.
Enthusiastic and passionate about technology
Good communication skills.
Have at least 2 years of experience using at least one back-end programming language (Java, C#, NodeJS, Ruby, Python…)
Have experience with one of the following databases: MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Postgres.
Have the ability to optimize databases.
Understand and work with database synchronization tools, such as Dataguard, GoldenGate, and ETL.
Having the ability to design large databases is an advantage
Having an Oracle certificate is an advantage (e.g., OCA, OCP, OCE).
Have a thorough understanding of the software deployment process within the Agile/Scrum model.
Proficient in management tools such as Git, Jira,…
Can use Linux/Unix and deploy applications on Linux servers
Have the skills to solve basic problems arising in the project and coordinate with other members in the project to achieve the desired results.
Honest, straightforward, responsible, and proactive at work.
Ready to face challenges to overcome your limits.
Read and understand English documents
